Environmental Policy

HON. PRECISION, Inc. Company strictly abides by environmental laws and regulations and other relevant regulations, conducts environmental assessments regularly and implements corresponding improvement plans, protects and improves environmental resources while developing the economy, so as to achieve the company's goal of sustainable operation.

Climate issues

The Company is concerned about the potential risks and opportunities caused by climate change to operations. With reference to the "TCFD" framework, it conducts assessments from the perspectives of "energy management", "greenhouse gas management" and "water resource risks" to strengthen climate risk management and operational resilience.

Faced with challenges such as the increasing frequency of extreme climate events and increasing uncertainty in resource acquisition, the Company has gradually introduced climate risk identification and response strategies, including measures such as building adaptation capabilities, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and improving energy efficiency. In the future, it will also strengthen data disclosure and risk management mechanisms to ensure the sustainable development of key operations.

HON.PREC ,INC.'s product manufacturing process does not require a large amount of water. The water demand is for domestic use and a small amount of factory equipment tap water as the main water supply source, which will not cause obvious environmental impact on water resources and the ecological environment of the water source.

Retirement system and its implementation

In order to standardize employee retirement management and protect employees' post-retirement life, the company has established retirement management regulations in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act, clearly stipulating employee retirement conditions, pension payment standards, retirement applications and pension payments. In accordance with the regulations, the labor retirement reserve fund is allocated monthly to a special account for storage; workers who are subject to the pension system of the Act pay pensions monthly and store them in the labor pension individual account established by the Labor Insurance Bureau.
